Position: Master Consultant – Application Developer

 (15 to 18 years of .NET experience)

Key Responsibilities: 

Solution Architecture & Technical Leadership 

• Architect and design scalable, secure, high-performance technology solutions that address complex business challenges. 

• Translate business requirements into robust technical architecture and implementation of roadmaps. 

• Lead architecture discussions, technology selection, design reviews, and technical governance. 

• Ensure adherence to architecture standards, coding best practices, security requirements, and performance guidelines. 

• Drive technical excellence across multiple projects and delivery teams. 

Delivery Ownership 

• Own and be accountable for the technical success of projects from inception through production deployment. 

• Provide hands-on leadership during solution design, development, testing, deployment, and support. 

• Identify technical risks and provide mitigation strategies. 

• Ensure successful delivery while balancing quality, timeline, scalability, and maintainability. 

Client Engagement & Consulting 

• Act as a trusted technology advisor to customers and stakeholders. 

• Conduct architecture workshops, solution presentations, and technical discussions with business and IT leadership. 

• Collaborate directly with global clients, including US-based customers. 

• Understand business objectives and align technology solutions accordingly. 

Team Leadership & Mentorship 

• Lead multiple development teams across projects. 

• Mentor architects, technical leads, and engineers. 

• Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning. 

• Drive engineering best practices including code reviews, design reviews, automated testing, and DevOps adoption. 

Hands-on Engineering 

• Remain actively involved in design and development activities. 

• Contribute to critical application components and architectural frameworks. 

• Review and guide implementation of complex technical solutions. 

• Champion clean coding practices and engineering excellence. 

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 

• 15+ years of experience in software development and architecture. 

• Extensive experience designing and building enterprise-grade web applications using Microsoft technologies. 

• Proven experience leading multiple teams and complex customer engagements. 

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
