Position: Engineer II - Identity & Access Management

(3 to 6 years of experience in Identity & Access Management and Cloud Identity Engineering)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Identity & Access Management (IAM) Engineer to design, implement, and manage enterprise identity and access solutions across on-premises and cloud environments. This role demands expertise in identity lifecycle management, access controls, and directory services, with a strong focus on enabling secure, scalable, and compliant access to enterprise systems. You will play a critical role in strengthening identity-first security and ensuring efficient access governance across the organization.

Key responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage IAM solutions across cloud and on-prem environments
• Configure and maintain user identities, roles, and access policies
• Implement and manage RBAC and least-privilege principles
• Support Joiner, Mover, Leaver lifecycle processes
• Integrate applications with SSO, MFA, and federation systems
• Perform access reviews, audits, and compliance remediation
• Automate identity provisioning using scripting tools
• Monitor IAM system performance and security events
• Collaborate with InfraOps, Security, and DevOps teams
• Troubleshoot IAM-related incidents
• Create documentation and runbooks

Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field

Nice to Have:

SC-300, AZ-500 certifications

Experience with PAM or Identity Governance tools
