Role Overview
Wipfli is seeking a Tier 2 Sage Intacct Client Experience Specialist to play a critical role in delivering proactive, consultative support to our Sage Intacct clients. This individual will serve as a trusted problem-solver for complex issues, help identify patterns and risks across the client base, and actively elevate the effectiveness of our support organization.
This role will eventually align to a primary Wipfli industry, preferably Construction & Real Estate (CRE). • Work directly with US‑based clients and offshore/onshore US teams, ensuring
effective communication, expectation management, and timely delivery.
• Demonstrate flexibility to support late evening or overlapping US working hours as required for project delivery and client engagement.
