Position: Analyst – Campaign Management
(2 to 4 years of experience)
Job Summary:
The Campaign Analyst will play a critical role in managing and optimizing
marketing campaigns, ensuring data integrity, and driving actionable
insights across multiple platforms. This position requires expertise in
campaign execution, CRM management, reporting, and creative
collaboration to support enterprise-level marketing initiatives.
Essential Responsibilities:
Campaign management and Execution
• Build and maintain dynamic marketing lists for targeted campaigns.
• Create and manage source campaigns and ensure proper tagging for
webinars, conferences, and events.
• Perform source campaign cleanup and maintain data hygiene across
platforms.
• Add new contacts and accounts for webinar registrants which are not
present in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365).
• Develop and maintain marketing lists for enterprise efforts and
nurture programs.
• Execute ZoomInfo-based activities including event lists, memberships,
and campaign targeting.
Reporting and Analytics
• Generate monthly industry reports and provide insights for campaign
performance.
• Build and maintain D365 views and dashboards for campaign
performance monitoring.
• Gather data for quarterly reports and assist in campaign optimization
efforts.
Creative and Operational support
• Manage event logistics and ensure smooth execution of marketing
initiatives.
• Develop campaign debrief templates and assist in post-event analysis.
• Manage, maintain, and update the organization’s web page to ensure
accurate, engaging, and timely content delivery.
• Design and develop responsive and compatible OFT (Outlook file
template) files for various email campaigns and internal
communications.
• Good to have abilities to design visually appealing graphics using
Canva for external campaigns and event-specific creatives such as
banners, posters, social media posts, and email headers.
Strategic Enhancements
• Support data-driven initiatives to optimize campaign performance
maximizing engagement, conversions, and ROI- through A/B testing,
audience targeting refinement and creative enhancements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with
enterprise marketing goals.
• Assist in conference/event activity tagging and nurture workflows.
Required Qualifications and Skillset:
Education & Experience:
• Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in marketing,
Business, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in marketing operations, campaign
management, and CRM analytics.
Technical Skills:
Essential (Must have):
• Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and ZoomInfo for
campaign execution.
• Advanced Excel skills and PowerPoint presentation for reporting and
data analysis.
Good-to-have (Preferred):
• Strong knowledge of marketing automation tools and list
management.
• Experience with Canva for graphic creation and OFT file handling.
Behavioral competencies:
• Strong communication skill in English language
• Ability to maintain data accuracy and campaign integrity.
• Skilled in interpreting campaign data and providing actionable
insights.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong interpersonal skills to work across different teams
• Exposure in working with US stakeholder management.
