We are seeking a skilled Windows Administrator with expertise in cloud technologies and service desk experience to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing and maintaining Windows-based systems, cloud infrastructure, and providing support through a service desk, ensuring security, performance, and reliability.
Install, configure, and maintain Windows servers and systems.

Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
•
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
•
Ensure data security through regular updates, patches, and backups.
•
Perform system backups and recovery procedures.
•
Manage and maintain internal databases and coordinate updates or upgrades.
•
Provide technical support and guidance to users through the service desk.
•
Document procedures, system configurations, and technical responses.
•
Contribute to the development of IT procedures and system standards.
•
Deploy, manage, and maintain cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure).
•
Implement and manage cloud-based solutions and services.
•
Ensure the security and compliance of cloud environments.
•
Optimize cloud resources and manage costs effectively.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
•
4 to 6 years of experience as a Windows Administrator.
•
Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and server management.
•
Experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and GPOs.
•
Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as VMware.
•
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and cloud management tools.
•
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
•
Strong understanding of network protocols and security.
•
Experience providing technical support through a service desk.
•
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•
Experience with cloud-based solutions and web hosting.
•
Knowledge of SAN/NAS storage systems.
•
Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices.
