We’re expanding our global design team and are looking for a highly skilled, independent Senior Graphic Designer based in India. This role offers a career defining opportunity for someone looking to contribute meaningfully to a US-based, value-driven organization while operating remotely in a self-managed, fast-paced and highly collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Deeply understand, embrace, interpret, and apply Wipfli brand across all creative applications and media
  • Demonstrate expertise in design principles including typography, composition, photography, hierarchy, iconography, imagery, UI movement, and color theory while adhering to the firm’s brand
  • Collaborate with US-based cross-functional teams to conceptualize and produce a variety of project deliverables across digital and print including but not limited to marketing collateral, website platforms, social media,PowerPoint presentations,aesthetic data visualizations, and video
  • Provide accurate estimates on work, taking time zone differences into account and managing time to deliver projects on time and up to specifications
  • Follow creative direction and ensure adherence to templates where necessary
  • Communicate proactively and effectively with U.S. team members, including updates on project status and addressing any roadblocks
  • Maintain pristine design files with collaboration in mind
  • Gain and maintain fluency with continual learning in applicable marketing technology, tools and trends; share learnings with the broader marketing team

 

Qualifications

  • Strong portfolio showcasing experience across digital and print platforms
  • Proven experience designing B2B brands and working with international stakeholders
  • Fluency in both spoken and written English, with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently across global teams
  • Strong attention to detail in creating visual consistency across various mediums
  • Understanding of typographical hierarchy and ability to interpret and maintain standards.
  • Experience in UI layout in digital platforms (such as email and landing pages), strong understanding of UI design and digital-first mentality
  • Experience using various digital communication tools (task management systems, cloud storage, chat, etc.) to collaborate with other designers and teams within and outside of the marketing department
  • Expert ability to apply designs to Microsoft Word and PowerPoint templates and documents
  • Expert level experience using Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop
  • Experience: UI tools such as Figma, XD, or Ceros; tag-based digital asset management tools such as Aprimo
  • Preferred experience: Knowledge of video production and experience with video storyboarding, concepting, and/or editing in Adobe Premiere, After Effects or Canva.
