Under the direction of Manager / Assistant Manager, the Administrative Assistant works on India Admin activities in a timely fashion, with the expected quality in accordance with organization policies and procedures. Administrative Assistant works closely with the team to deliver the collective output to the firm on a timely manner. Responsible for preparing of reports for admin activities, compliance, and logistics. Team's task planning, reviews, best practices, etc.
Support operational activities, event coordination, and visitor management.
Handle IT/Non-IT Procurements, Asset tracking, and SEZ coordination.
Arrange logistics for late hours/weekend work, collaborate with service line leaders.
Distribute and manage access cards, collaborate with IT and T&C teams.
CCTV monitoring, compliance management, and record-keeping.
Track maintenance contracts, onboard new vendors, and manage invoices.
B.Com/BBA/M.Com, Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and data analytics tools like Power BI.
Excellent communication skills
Strong understanding of SEZ Regulations and Administrative processes.
